80 years of successes to celebrate
Champions of cold storage between past and future
The first speaker was Mr. Canova, who retraced the stages of the company's history and the successes achieved, touching on salient issues for the future of MTH as digitization, inclusiveness and sustainability. His speech also shed light on the importance of teamwork and on the need to invest in people and their talents, values that have determined the success of the company and that have made it the "champion of cold storage" in the refrigeration industry.
During the event also intervened an important institutional figure of the territory, Ombretta Bertolo, mayor of Almese and two sporting champions, Silvano Agresti, coach of the Bulls Torino hockey team, of which MTH is the official sponsor, and Riccardo Pittis, mental coach and former basketball player of the Italian national team. The mayor stressed the importance of MTH for the territory of Almese and Val Susa in terms of employment and value creation, while Agresti and Pittis highlighted the similarities between the worlds of sport and corporate business, two areas where success is determined not only by the enhancement of the skills and merits of individuals, but also and above all by teamwork and collective commitment in achieving a common goal.

Over the years MTH has grown considerably, reaching almost 150 people who have contributed to the success of the company with their commitment and their skills. Not just a great team, but a great family that for too long has not had the opportunity to meet in a convivial context and which has finally reunited in the name of the celebrations for the 80th anniversary of MTH.
