The Online Ordering Portal represents MTH's new digital tool for order placement and consultation of main documents (e.g., orders, invoices, payments) by our Clients.
The use of the Online Ordering Portal ensures:
- A simpler, quicker and more intuitive way to place and manage orders, with possibility replicate previous order and add of products from catalogue, exploded view drawings or lists
- A better interaction with MTH website, with integrated access to technical documentation
- A significant reduction of potential errors in compiling your product list, with lower requests of order modifications and delays
- Immediate visibility on previous orders, transportation documents and payment status, directly online and available 24/7
The first release of the Online Ordering Portal has enabled to place orders for door components, extended from now on to refrigerating systems. Soon, it will be enlarged with refrigerating components and mini cold rooms too.
