PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Automation kit for sliding doors, certified EN13241-1. Universal to be fixed to the wall.

APPLICTION

The electronics are made of:

Microprocessor unit with the following characteristics:
- Decoding of the signals emitted by the encoder
- Logical management of all processes
- Programmable conditions for opening, step by step open-stop-close
- Security management
- Outputs for alarm and flashing
- Connector for radio receiver
- Digitally adjustable time of pause and flashing light from 1 to 99 second
- Speed of opening, closing and slowdown adjustable individually

Plug for connecting photocell barrier type PNP;
Two-digit display showing status of automation, number of operating cycles and parameters during programming;
Easy and intuitive programming of door parameters through 3 buttons on the display;
Adjustable partial opening from 800 to 1,700 mm for people’s passage through push button or manual forcing of the opening;
Adjustable strong closing system to improve the thickness of the seals against the door frame;

The mechanics are made of:

24 VDC gear motor with high torque and reversible with integrated encoder;
All components are reversible, compatible for both right- and left-handed doors;
The motion is transmitted through a belt secured to the ends of the existing rail. It does not need a protective cover, because it does not move. It is made of plastic material easy to sanitize. The belt is adaptable to different rails available on the market and is covered with a fabric that limits friction and noise;

SAFETIES:

Obstacle detection: the 24 Vdc electronics constantly analyzes the proper functioning of the door, operating the reversal of the movement in case of contact with potential obstacles;
Anti black-out: in case of electricity shortage, the control unit 24 Vdc activates the emergency batteries to allow opening and closing of the door;
