PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sliding door designed and realized for installations on controlled atmosphere cold rooms, which ensures a peferct sealing down to a temperature of -5°C.
Blade
- Blade 95 mm thick with a brushed stainless steel AISI 304 edge and polyurethane density of 40 Kg/m3.
- Internal and external lever handle.
- Perimeter and under-door sealing gasket.
- Openable porthole.
- Locking knobs and handle with key lock for portholes.
- Eccentric, efficient and stylised handles for a perfect seal of gaskets.
- Rings for security padlock.
Frame
The frame and counter-frame are made of stainless steel or fibreglass.
As standard, all doors are made with threshold (without threshold only on request).
Sliding system
The door slides by means of aluminium supports with bearings on high-strength plastic plates applied to an anodised aluminium alloy track. The doors are prepared for changing the opening direction.
Automation
- The automatism is realised with the use of a geared motor.
- Control box with complete wiring harness.
- Steel chain drive.
- Encoder inside the motor (allows removal of the stop limit switch).
